Eat God's Food

Nearly 1-4 children are overweight or have obesity. It is putting our children at risk for poor health which will only compound as they reach adulthood.
I am really pleased to have Susan Neal on the show. Susan has a great focus on nutrition, and has just published her latest book, "Eat God's Food: Kids Activity Guide to Healthy Eating".
Susan will discuss how we can use this guide to help our children change their eating habits to enjoy the natural foods that are so abundantly available.
